Customers can also order foreign currency notes, including up to 30 different currencies, and manage their forex needs through our online platform or virtual branch.

 FX offerings:  

• World Currency Card: This pre-paid card allows users to load multiple currencies (up to 17) at fixed exchange rates, minimizing the risk of fluctuating rates during travel. 

• Currency Exchange: IJM and our banking partner provides access to 30 different foreign currency notes for travel needs. 

• Online Forex Ordering: Customers can order foreign currency online via our desk, either for a single currency or multiple currencies, and manage their forex needs through our online platform or virtual branch. 

• Forex Transfers: IJM offers international payment solutions for sending and receiving funds globally, with real-time exchange cover and online transaction confirmation. 

• Virtual Branch: The institution provides a virtual branch for convenient access to forex services, including cashing out and converting remaining foreign currency within 90 days of returning to South Africa, in accordance with exchange control regulations.
